hallo
ich habe mein setup auf xhtml konfiguriert:

config.doctype = <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

in meiner vorlage habe ich <html> gelöscht und trotzdem wird im frontend
<html> reigeschrieben.
weiss jemand warum?

Warum so kompliziert?

config {
	doctype = xhtml_trans
	xhtml_cleaning = all
}
[browser = msie] && [version = < 7.0]
config.doctypeSwitch = 1
[global]

danke
ich habe nun das am laufen:

##Doctype als XHTML definieren
config.doctype = xhtml_trans
config.xhtml_cleaning = all
config.htmlTag_langKey = de
config.xmlprologue = none

kannst du mir noch erklären was das bedeutet?

#[browser = msie] && [version = < 7.0]
#config.doctypeSwitch = 1
#[global]

Wenn Browser InternetExplorer 6 oder älter dann
Doctype switchen (XML wird nicht in die erste Zeile gesetzt)

Genau, ansonsten schaltest du ja den XML-Prologue komplett aus mit config.xmlprologue = none, was ja nicht nötig ist
