i want to show the subpages of the current page.
if the current page have not the subpage, it should
show the subpages of the current page's parent page

Hi,
first you have to know that you use a marker and not a subpart so use:
marks.menu < temp.menu
You can show subpages if you use the 2nd level of the menu like you did with the 1st one:
1 = TMENU
1 {
..
}
2 = TMENU
2 {
...
}
but I don't have a solution what to do if there are no subpages, sorry

Now it can show the subpages of the current page.
I want to show the subpages of it'parent page when it have not the subpage.

Also,
wenn keine unterseiten (subpages) vorhanden sind sollen die vom oberliegenden Seite genommen werden.
Wie kriegt man das hin?
Mit ein "if" statement oder mit "slide".
Wäre sehr nett wenn jemand helfen kann.
ps. ich benutze plugin - tx_automaketemplate - nicht.
