Hallo,
ich habe dieses TS eingebaut. Mein Standardtemplate ist dabei auch als Standard eingerichtet und wird auch im Frontend angezeigt. Ich kann nun im Page Header ganz toll alle Templates im DropDown anwählen, bekomme aber - selbst wenn ich dort mein Standardtemplate auswähle, DIESE Fehlermeldung:
102: These fields are not properly updated in database: (tx_rlmptmplselector_main_tmpl) Probably value mismatch with fieldtype.
Wenn ich im DropDown "Standard" auswähle, ist alles super, sobald ich aber irgendein anderes auswähle, bekommen ich diese oben genannte Meldung. Woran liegt das? Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!

Geh nochmals in den Extension Manager, klicke auf die Template-Selector Extension und schau da mal nach ob das Feld in der Tabelle überhaupt angelegt werden konnte.

Bei "Error" steht auch nix .... was bedeutet das nun? Wenn ich im Ext. Manager in der DropDown-Box "Edit files" auswähle, sind nur diese Files zum editieren da:

Soweit so gut. Oben im Extension Manager steht aber nicht zufälligerweise noch, dass er was updaten möchte in der Datenbank? Es sieht so aus, als ob das Datenbankfeld nicht richtig angelegt wurde.
Falls Du keinen weiteren Hinweis erhälst, kannst Du ja mal via phpMyAdmin die pages Tabelle anschauen und nachsehen ob diese Feld da ist bzw. was für ein Datentyp da steht.

nein, so etwas steht leider nicht da... im phpmyadmin bei "pages" finde ich den eintrag mit DIESEN infos:
tx_rlmptmplselector_main_tmpl
Typ3 Standardvarchar(32)
Attribute: steht nix drin
Null: Nein
SQL-Befehl:
ALTER TABLE `pages` ADD FULLTEXT (
`tx_rlmptmplselector_main_tmpl`
)
Ähm, was bedeutet das nun im Klartext 😉
Ich hab mal die Extension de-installiert und gleich wieder installiert. Komisch ist nur, dass da DAS steht:
"Before the extension can be installed the database needs to be updated with new tables or fields. Please select which operations to perform:"
Und danach kann ich nix auswählen, welche operations nun performen sollen ... HELP!!!
Hat keiner eine Idee? Bestimmt, doch 😉
Für mich sieht's aus, als ob die Spalte nicht richtig angelegt werde.
Ich würde nun folgendes Versuchen: Extension deinstallieren, Spalte in der Datenbank löschen (per phpMyAdmin). Extension nochmals installieren. Hoffentlich hilft das....

ich habe mal wie von marksta empfohlen die einträge aus der db gelöscht und die ext. wieder installiert. ich bekomme immer noch den fehler:

In meinem Typoskript steht DAS (hat das vl. ne auswirkung auf den page tempkate selector??)

Der Thread ist zwar schon etwas alt, aber ich hatte gerade das gleiche Problem.
Die Lösung bei mir war recht simpel: Der Dateiname des Templates war zu lang! Für das Feld 'tx_rlmptmplselector_main_tmpl' sind maximal 30 Zeichen erlaubt. Deshalb wird das template zwar angezeigt, beim Versuch zu Speichern knallt dann aber der Fehler 102 raus.

Ich kann SunnyJoker nur zustimmen - es liegt an der Länge der Dateinamen. Standardmäßig sind es 32 Zeichen. Die Begrenzung der Zeichenanzahl liegt nur in der Datenbank vor. Soll heißen, du kannst es wenn du es dir zutraust auch anpassen/ändern.
Dazu einfach in phpMyAdmin wechseln, Tabelle 'pages' suchen und in folgenden Spalten die Länge ändern:
- Spalte 'tx_rlmptmplselector_main_tmpl'
und
- Spalte 'tx_rlmptmplselector_ca_tmpl'
ABER bitte vorher ein Backup machen - Ich garantiere für nichts! ... bei mir hat es problemlos funktioniert und es sind keine Folgefehler aufgetreten bzw. nachvollziehbar.
