hatte schon keine Bock mehr. Immerhin ist das hier das Anfängerfragen-Eck, oder?

Ich hab es mit Einblenden schon versucht, aber natürlich ist das Quatsch.

brauch ich eine beliebige index.php im Wurzelverzeichnis, oder eine spezielle?

Oder muss woanders eine liegen. Ich will nicht ausschliessen, dass ich schon mal eine gelöscht habe, weil ich bisher immer 0815-Dateien (html-Dateien) verwendet habe und Typo3 nicht wirklich genutzt habe :-(

ich glaube, dann hat hier wirklich niemand deine frage verstanden, aber ich hatte ja auch zuallererst schon mehr infos angefordert und nur unter vorbehalt geantwortet (immer schön absichern... 😃 )

ähem...........im wurzelverzeichnis sollte es nur die von typo3 geben...

Ich will nicht ausschliessen, dass ich schon mal eine gelöscht habe, weil ich bisher immer 0815-Dateien (html-Dateien) verwendet habe und Typo3 nicht wirklich genutzt habe :-(

das wäre fatal, wenn du die index.php von typo3 gelöscht hättest...
das ist dann übelst...

du hast eine index.php gelöscht??
das ist mit eine der wichtigsten dateien in Typo3
wenn du die löschst geht im FE gar nichts mehr

jaja, is schon klar, das wollte mein verstand aber nich "einlesen", bin halt mittlerweile betriebsblind...

Bitte nicht ausprobieren:

naja wenn er jetzt noch die
alt_main.php und
die template.php löscht
ist alles in butter #giggle#

Ich glaube, das einfachste ist, vorausgesetzt du hast wirklich die index.php gelöscht, dass du dein Template, dein Setup... irgendwo anderst sicherst und dann Typo 3 neu installierst. Wenn es ein Server ist, auf dem du das nicht installieren kannst (von Provider gestellt) kannst du vielleicht auch noch nen backup aufspielen lassen.

okay, schritt für schritt.

Ich hab zwar Typo3 - Webspace, aber bisher als ordinären Webspace genutzt. Also Im Verzeichnis html/ meine Seiten liegen.

Nun will ich aber mal langsam meine Homepage Typo3-mäßig angehen. Und da hab icheine erste Seite erstellt, und will mir die ansehen, Vorschau.

Da taucht dann die "Seite" 404 / index.php not found auf.

Daher frage ich mich, was für eine index.php das sein soll. Und wo sie liegen soll. So eine wie du sie hier oben abgedruckt hast, ist meine nicht.

ichhab auch keinem typo3/ - Ordner, sondern welche in den Unterverzeichnissen typo3_XXX

Wenn es angebracht ist, Typo3 neu zu installieren, auch gut. Besser als im Nebel rumzustochern.

Hilft Dir das ausser zu Amusement irgendwie

das ganze hört sich für mich wie eine schiefgelaufene installation von typo3 an...
hast du eine verknüpfung zur index.php in deinem html verzeichniss??

aber du kannst dich ins backend einloggen und beiträge erstellen??

Du brauchst im HTML verzeeichnis eine Verknüpfung/Symlink, der/die index.php heisst und auf die datei:
tslib/index_ts.php verweist.

falls die nicht mehr da ist wird dein Frontend auch nicht angeizeigt, da sie über viele Ecken auf die index.php verweist, die für Typo3 wichtig ist.

Im FTP-Prog sieht das aus wie ein Windows ordner mit dem Verknüpfungspfeil untendran.
