Ich bekomme meine Abstände nicht kleiner, egal was ich mache! o.O

Ok, nun zum Problem:
Der Abstand auf der linken Seite zwischen den Links und den -------- ist einfach zu groß!
Ich hab in der Tabelle schon
cellspacing="0" und cellpadding="0"
eingetragen.
Habe auch versucht die Höhe der einzelnen <tr> Bereiche zu ändern (ohne Erfolg). Selbst bei height="20" (Ich weiss dass es nun noch Größere Abstände geben müsste) ändert sich der Abstand nicht.
Habe auch versucht im Stylesheet durch
font-size: 10px;
line-height: 10px;
die Höhe der Zeile zu verkleinern. Brachte jedoch auch keine Veränderung...
Hat mir jemand nen Tip?!
