Powermail - E-Mail Formatierung

Hallo zusammen,

nach eingehender Suche hier im Forum bin ich (noch) nicht auf den richtigen Weg gekommen.

Unter der Anleitung von Alex (#75146) habe ich mein Problem nicht lösen können.
Auf meienr Webseite soll ein Formular ausgefüllt werden können, was anschliessend an mich versandt wird.
Es ist mir aber nicht möglich das E-Mail Format von Serifen zu Arial-Schrift umzuwandeln.
Ich habe bereits die tmpl_email und templ_all geändert und gemäss Anleitung (Constants "Stift" gelöscht und dann neu im Object-Browser eingetragen) eingefügt (zusätzlich natürlich auch per FTP abgelegt im Ordner).

Leider liegt irgendwo noch ein Fehler. Hatte jemand schon mal ähnliche Erfahrungen (und die Lösung dazu)?

Ich habe generell das Problem, dass die im WYSIWYG-Editor gesetzten Formatierungen nicht berücksichtigt werden. Das Mail kommt mit "Times New Roman" unformatiert an. Wie ist das bei dir?
