Aus aktuellem Anlass habe ich mal ne Frage, die sich mit der Lizensierung und dem Urheberrecht befasst. Bekannterweise findet sich im Quellcode der meisten TYPO3-Extensions ganz oben folgender Abschnitt:

Sie stehen also unter den Bedingungen der GPL. Jetzt stelle ich mir natürlich folgende Frage: ich programmiere eine solche TYPO3-Extension für einen Kunden für ein bestimmtes Projekt. Darf der Kunde nun einfach hingehen und meine Extension ungefragt auch für andere Projekte - beispielsweise von meiner Konkurrenz - verwenden? Oder darf ich ihm die Nutzung untersagen?
