COA ausblenden wenn Inhalt leer

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Menü

Im ersten Teil wird eine grafische Überschrift für das Menü erstellt. Im zweiten Teil folgt dann das Menü. Wenn ich im Pagetree das Menü ausblende bleibt die Überschrift leider noch stehen. Wie kann ich diese dann auch noch ausblenden?

Ich erzeuge z.B. so einen Rahmen um meinen Inhalt, aber nur wenn er nicht leer ist.

wichtig ist hier die 3. und 4. Zeile
