upgrade 4.0.5 auf 4.2.12

Hi
Ich bin der Anleitung von http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Upgrade gefolgt und habe auch die jeweiligen Release Notes gelesen.
Ich habe zuerst auf typo3_src-4.1.13.zip geupdated. Dabei gab es abgesehen vom RTE keine Probleme.(Insbesondere keine DB probleme)
Dann habe ich auf 4.2.12 geupdated.
Nun würde ich
1)gerne das RTE problem lösen es scheint immer noch local installiert zu sein ich muss es aber zur system externsion machen... (einfach deinstallieren hilft leider nicht)
2)Im install tool taucht nach compare tables imm wieder folgendes auf:

ALTER TABLE cache_imagesizes ENGINE=InnoDB;
Current value: ENGINE=
ALTER TABLE sys_log ENGINE=InnoDB;

ALTER TABLE cache_pagesection ENGINE=InnoDB;
Current value: ENGINE=

ALTER TABLE cache_md5params ENGINE=InnoDB;
Current value: ENGINE=
ALTER TABLE fe_session_data ENGINE=InnoDB;

Laut PHPmyadmin läuft meine Db als
MyISAM.....
Da ich kein Experte bin bräuchte ich eine etwas genauere anleitung was ich am besten mache 🙂
Ein anderes Posting schlägt folgendes vor, aber der entsprechende multiply eintrag existiert nicht in der localconfig...
