Mit welchem Download beginnt man ein Projekt?

Hallo!
Ich bin etwas verwirrt. Mit welchem File beginnt man nun ein "richtiges, neues" typo3 projekt? Benützt man dafür das dummy package?

hm...........
also es gibt ja verschiedene packages.....
das dummy package ist eine blanco seite für ein ganz neuse projekt....
