Hallo ich habe ein einfaches horizontales Tmenu, nur eine Ebene
mit grafischen Elementen über Option Split,
das Auf dem Mac (Safari + Firefox) als auch auf dem PC (Explorer7 + Firefox)
ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Aber unter dem Explorer 6 zerhaut es das Menue bzw. es wird nicht mehr horizontal sondern untereinander dargestellt :-(

Bsp.: http://p106262.typo3server.info/5.0.html

Vielleicht liegt es an dem DIV, das ich per Option Split im Templete vor den linken Button gesetzt habe, aber das habe ich schon bei einer anderen Site ähnlich gemacht, die ohne Probleme im Explorer 6 dargestellt wird...

Hier dass CSS für das Menue und das Zwischenelement:

#menu ul
{
display: block;
top: 1px;
list-style: none;
margin-bottom: 0px;
padding-left: 15px;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-weight: bold;
font-size: 1.05em;
}

#menu ul li
{
position: relative;
float: left;
border-bottom: 0px;
margin-right: 0px;
}

#menu ul li a
{
display: block;
padding: 5px 18px 8px 7px;
text-decoration: none;
background-color: inherit;
color: #FFFFFF;
height: 15px;
background-image: url(images/menue_kante.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: right;
}

#menu ul li a:hover
{
background-color: #c6d7e8;
color: #000000;
}

#menu ul li.active, #menu ul li.active a, #menu ul li.active a:hover
{
background-color: #c6d7e8;
color: #333333;
background-image: url(images/menue_kante_rechts.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: right;
}

.kante{
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
float: left;
height: 28px;
background-image: url(images/menue_kante_links.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
width: 13px;
}

und hier das Typoscript:

temp.hauptmenue >
temp.hauptmenue = HMENU
temp.hauptmenue {
special = directory
special.value = 17
# erstes level
1 = TMENU
1.wrap = <ul class="hauptmenu"><li>|</li>|
1{
# no state: normale Formatierung
NO{
wrapItemAndSub = <div class="kante"></div><li>|</li>|*|<li>|</li>|*|<li>|</li>|
}
# act state: gültig von der rootseite bis zur aktuellen Seite
ACT=1
ACT{
wrapItemAndSub = <li class="active">|</li>
}
# cur state: gültig für die aktuelle Seite
CUR=1
CUR{
wrapItemAndSub = <li class="active">|</li>
}
# ifsub state: gültig für seiten die unterseiten haben
IFSUB=1
IFSUB{
wrapItemAndSub = <li>|</li>
}
}

Es wäre klasse, wenn jemand einen Rat weiss.

Herzliche Grüße

Habe einen Tipp bekommen:

1.wrap = <ul class="hauptmenu">|</ul> (statt </li>)

und zweitens:

#menu ul li a
ebenfalls mit float left versehen

jetzt funktioniert alles.
