Mailformplus und attachment problem

Hallo liebe typo3 gemeinde,

Ich habe ein kleines problem mit dem anhängen von dateien an emails.
Die mailformulare an sich funktionieren, nun wollte ich noch eins machen mit anhang. Vom Prinzip ist es ja so das die datei auf den server geladen wird und dann ein link in der email zum runterladen mitgeschickt wird. Diese Datei wird auf einer bestimmten seite gespeichert welche nicht sichtbar sind.

Ok soweit so gut jedoch kommt mit meim script nun die email gar nicht mehr, geschweige denn der anhang.
