Patch einspielen, Hilfe benötigt!

ich habe gleiches Problem wie hier:

Nach lange Suche habe ich diesen Patch gefunden

Hat aber leider nicht funktioniert. Ich bin kein Programmierer. Daher weiß ich nicht, ob ich den Patch richtig eingespielt habe. Ich wäre sehr Dankbar, wenn jemand mir helfen könnte.
