When I click on the pictures, they DON'T enlarge. I have ALREADY clicked the enlarge button in the back-end, but a new frame shows up in the front-end, with the exact same size picture. And I can't also enlarge that one.
I am running a fashion website, this function is important to me, what do I do to solve this problem so the pictures REALLY ENLARGE.

You have to make sure, that your original pictures are larger. Currently some of your uploaded pictures are actually smaller than the ones shown on the website.
When uploading a picture to the website, you want to use large pictures in good quality (but typically not exceeding 800 pixels in one dimension and with file sizes smaller than 1 MB). When you show them on the website, they will be scaled down for the size you specify. When you click on an image, they will be shown in their original size (if < 800 pixel) or they will be scaled to 800 pixel max (all with the default settings).
It would also be possible to scale up your images, but the quality would suffer dramatically and this is certainly not something that you want for a fashion website.
