Feld mit länge 65 definiert hat aber länge 80

Hallo,

kann sich das jemand erklären? habe ein Feld der Länge und Maximalen Länge von 65 Zeichen definiert, aber 80 Zeichen einzugeben ist gar kein Problem. *Grummel*

Inhalt der ext_tables.php:
