Kann nicht mal installieren

Hi,

hab Typo auf meinen Server kopiert
und bin auf install gegegangen.

Dann kommt gleich die Meldung :

The Install Tool is locked.

Fix: Create a file typo3conf/ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL
This file may simply be empty.

For security reasons, it is highly recommended to rename
or delete the file after the operation is finished.

Was kann ich da machen, bin totaler Neuling

Wie wärs mit

das seh ich noch nicht mal

bei mir geht die installation auch nicht hab schon 3 versionen durch probiert
