Cache gehorcht einfach nicht

Moin!

Ich bin gerade dabei eine neue Extension zu entwickeln. Dazu möchte ich gerne PSPad und Sweets mit der ftp-Option einsetzen. Dies funktioniert schon ganz gut, nur folgt Typo3 einfach nicht meiner Anweisung keinen Chache zu benutzen...
Ich hab schon sämtliche Foren durchstöbert, aber es gibt überall immer nur die gleichen TS-Anweisungen.

Folgendes steht ganz oben in meinem Haupttemplate:

config.no_cache=true
<include_typoscript: source="FILE: fileadmin/test.ts">

Ich hab auch schon verschiedene andere Schreibweisen probiert:

config.no_cache=1
page.config.no_cache=1

Wo ist der Haken?? Ich würde so gerne etwas effektiver entwickeln und nicht immer Cache löschen drücken müssen...

Doch, das muss gehen. Sonst macht die ganze "externer Editor"-Geschichte ja keinen Sinn.

Auf der Sweets-Seite steht folgende Anleitung:

to avoid the Copy&Paste method between PSPad abd the Typo3 backend you can use external TypoScript files and edit them with PSPad via FTP. Add the following to your Setup field (after developing don't forget to set no_cache to 0):

page.config.no_cache = 1
<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE: fileadmin/#YourPath/#YourFile.ts">

Nur genau das will bei mir nicht hinhauen.

Anscheinend funktioniert das wirklich nicht. Man kann zwar das cachen abschalten, die externen TS-Dateien werden aber trotzdem nicht neu geladen...

Das no_cache ist eher fürs FE.
Hau einfach in die localconf:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extCache'] = '0';

rein. Ansonsten musste jedesmal den Extension Cache leeren. Ich arbeite schon lange mit externen Dateien und PSPad, geht wunderbar und ist vor allem wiederverwendbar.

Das will bei mir nicht so richtig hinhauen...

Sobald ich es in die localconf reinschreibe bekomme ich im FE:
