Vorlage in Typo 3 einbinden

Ich habe mir aus den Internet ein Template heruntergeladen.
Folgenden Inhalt hat das Template:

Wie füge ich dises Template ein.
Kann mir jemand mal ein Setup für das Typo3 Template schreiben.
Ich bin noch blutiger Anfänger und auf diese weise würde ich mal ein Beispiel bekommen.

aber auch du wirst, wenn du dich mit TYPO3 beschäftigen willst/sollst/... ums Lesen nicht herumkommen, weil TYPO3 enorm komplex ist.
