Habe das leidige problem jetzt schon in zwei projekten.
Wenn ich tt-news installiere kommt folgende meldung
"The running PHP version (5.2.0) is higher than allowed (5.1.99)"
Um es dennoch installiert zu bekommen habe ich "ignor" gewählt. Lieder gibt es aber ständig fehlermeldungen wenn ich das modul dann als seiten inhalt anlegen möchte.
"Internal Server Error"
Der fehler tritt immer dann auf wenn das schon angelegte news-modul bearebitet werden soll

die Meldung kommt bei der aktuellen tt_news bei mir auch. Läuft aber einwandfrei. Da ist was anderes im Busch....

Ich hab in meinem Falle noch keine Notwendigkeit für Kategorien, vielleicht passiert in der Richtung etwas unerwünschtes?
Ich kann News-Elemente anlegen und diese als LATEST,LIST und SINGLE darstellen...

P.S. ich gehe davon mal aus, dass Zugriffsrechte o.k. sind
Zugriffsrechte sind Ok. Der fehler tritt dann auf wenn ich das tt_news modul als inhalt einer seite eingebaut habe. Ich kann dann weder die extention im backend zur bearebitung öffnen noch kann ich im frontend die seite öffnen. In beiden fällen kommt eine server side error warnung. Also immer wenn das tt_news grundmodul gestartet wird 🙁.
Ich habe mir jetzt ersteinaml mit dem mini-news modul beholfen was für die derzeitige seite ausreichend ist, aber der nächste job liegt schon im Gimp und da sollte ein ausführlicheres news modul eingesetzt werden und auch hier tritt der gleiche fehler auf.
Kannst du was mit den error logs des servers anfangen, dann würde ich die anfordern und hier mal posten?!

Ich hab das tt_news Modul bei meinem Provider zum laufen bekommen, bei Dir mag es nicht... hmm.. kniffelig.
Vielleicht wär es wirklich gut zu wissen, was Dein Server nicht mag? Error-Logs können ja wirklich manchmal hilfreich sein (*staun*).... mal sehen ob wir da was finden.
Es lesen sicher einige Cracks hier mit, die dann hilfreich mit eingreifen können!

Das Modul tut es bei mir und vielen anderen, es gilt heraus zu finden was bei Dir anders ist....

Der erste müsste die installation geloggt haben und der zweite sollte einen fehler mitgeloggt haben. Ich habe eben den fehler nochmals provoziert, die loggdatei bekomme ich aber wohl erst später.

302 - Moved Temporarily: Kurzzeitig verschoben (Moved Temporarily). Das Dokument befindet sich kurzfristig an einem anderen, aber bekannten(!) Ort. Der Browser kann folgen, das Dokument wurde gefunden. Bei einer GET-(üblich) oder HEAD-Anfrage wird der Browser automatisch folgen, ansonsten erst nach Bestätigung durch den Nutzer. Hinweis: Manche Server erkennen auch leicht falsch geschriebene Dateinamen und liefern statt eines 404-Fehlers("Nicht gefunden") mittels eines 302-Fehlers (ggf. auch 301er) den ähnlichsten Dateinamen zurück. So bleibt dem anfragenden Besucher eine Fehlermeldung erspart. In solchen Fällen sollten Sie prüfen, ob ein Link auf Ihrer Seite für die falsche Schreibweise verantwortlich war und dies abstellen.

Ich kann dann weder die extention im backend zur bearebitung öffnen noch kann ich im frontend die seite öffnen. In beiden fällen kommt eine server side error warnung. Also immer wenn das tt_news grundmodul gestartet wird 🙁.
Habe das gleiche Problem, bekomme immmer den Fehler "The page cannot be displayed" muss also immer wieder den "Seiteninhalt" neu anlegen damit etwas

Leider keine lösung. One.com ehm. b-one.net zeigt sich nicht sehr cooperativ. Die loggdateien werden aus "firmenpolitischen gründen" nicht ausgehändigt. Ohne fehlerlogg ist es wohl kaum möglich der ursache auf den grund zu gehen. Für meine derzeitige clientel ist die niniNews ausreichend, die funktionier auch einwandfrei.
Wer eine idee hat woran es liegen kann, ich würde es dennoch gerne wissen.
