Wie erzeuge ich base / IDENTIFIER-URL in Typoscript

Soory mein Fehler:

jetzt über php:

	<base href="http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].'" />
	<meta name="IDENTIFIER-URL" content="http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'].'">

somit immer die richtige Domain und nicht statisch
dies suche ich als Typoscript Lösung ohne php
