Sry aber ich bin auch mit Suche nicht so richtig fündig geworden.

Wie binde ich den genau das Formular ein ?

Hab per Liste nen neuen Datensatz eingefügt mit dem obigen HTML template.

Jo aber irgendwie läuftes nicht ... wird überhaupt nicht angezeigt ...

Warum ? 🙂
