Internal Server Error nach dem typo3 installation

hallo ich habe gerade typo3 3.8.1 auf meinem webspace installiert. alles scheint super zu funktionieren, nur wenn ich den template module auswählen will, bekomme ich folgende fehlermeldung :"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
Im error log steht leider nichts. In dem istall tool bei der basec configuratin scheint alles ok zu sein.
Ich weiss nict weiter.

sieht mir stark nach einem RechteProblem aus.
Einfach mal die Rechte und BEsitzer überprüfen, anschliessend im Install Tool noch Rechte für neue Verzeichnisse/Dateien anpassen.
Hoffe das behebt Dein Problem 😃

Ich habe mir auch gedacht das könnte ein Problem mit den Rechten sein. Ich habe viele Post zu dem Thema gelesen. Ich habe probiert aber es funktioniert trotzdem nicht. Oder ich vergebe die Rechte nicht richtig!?
Ich habe momentan :
"fileCreateMask" = 0775
"folderCreateMask" = 0775
Ich habe auch mit "fileCreateMask" = 0664 ausprobiert.
Habe ich das jetzt richtig?
