menü wird nicht angezeigt

hi,
bin noch recht neu in typo, möchte aber ein TMENU mittels typoscript erstellen. der marker "RECHTS" wird auch angesprochen, allerdings wird kein menü angezeigt..

weiss nur nicht wieso?? 😢 😢
