So, klicke ich nun einen obersten Navipunkt wird die Seite angezeigt, jedoch werden die Subnavigationen nicht angezeigt!!!!

Was kann ich tun?

im Ernst,

ich habe festgestellt, dass die TypoScript-Erstellung mit Frames ungefähr 30 bis 50% mehr Zeitaufwand in Anspruch nimmt.

Das Problem ist in den Target-Definitionen,
genau die werden auch in Deinem Fall Schuld daran sein. So ein komplexes Geflecht wie bei Dir mit korrekten Targets auszustatten, ist wirklich ein hartes Stück Arbeit.
