hab in der doku von tt_news gelesen, dass man sich mit "speichern und webseite anzeigen" gleich eine vorschauversion aufrufen kann.
nachdem ich im tsconfig des sysordners meine seite mit "single" angegeben habe:
tx_ttnews.singlePid = 19
funktioniert es aber noch nicht, es wird nur die seite neu geladen. muss ich noch etwas anderes beachten?

Sysordner werden generell nicht im Frontend angezeigt, sie dienen nur als Speicherort für Datensätze. Die Anzeige muss von einer "normalen" Seite aus erfolgen

das ist mir bewusst, aber seit einiger zeit ist es laut dokumentation möglich sich die newsartikel, die in dem sysordner sich befinden anzuzeigen.
dafür muss man sie mit einer "normalen" seite mit "single" view verknüpfen und genau das funktioniert aber nicht

Page TSconfig
Since tt_news 2.2.0 it's possible to open a news article in the SINGLE view when clicking the "save & preview" button in the news record in the BackEnd. The "singlePid" for the page who should open the SINGLE view has to be configured in the Page TSconfig of the folder with the news records. This page can be the normal SINGLE view page for your website it could also point to another page which contains a tt_news content element with code SINGLE.
Example
This will open the page with id 37 when clicking on the "save & preview" button in a news record:
tx_ttnews.singlePid = 37
