ich hab jetzt typo3 quickstart auf meinen webspace von all inkl hochgeladen. wenn ich die typo3/install/index.php aufrufe. zeigt er mir folgendes an

Fix: Open the file typo3/install/index.php and remove/out-comment the line that outputs this message!
welche zeile muss ich den auskommentieren. also was steht da drin?
muss ich irgendwelche chmods vergeben?
