Typo3 auf Strato

Hi ich hab heute zum erstenmal versucht typo3 zu installieren.Eigeentlich kein Problem dachte ich...

hab quickstart auf mein Webhost geladen die localconfig.php editiert

aber jetzt bekomm ich auf der seite einige fehler

und zwar:

Unten erscheinen die Felder zum BN, host und Passwort eintragen.
Da host nict local ist trag ich die adresse ein und halt BN und PW dann weiter da sind wieder PHP Fehler (wenn ich mich nicht täusche die selben wie oben) dann sagt er mir das er keine verbindung zum DB finden kann....

Hat jmd. vllt nen tipp was ich amchen kann?

Sag mal, hast Du auch ein Hostingpaket bei Strato, das Typo3 unterstützt.
Das geht natürlich nicht so einfach (WebPack usw. scheiden aus).
Ich bin jedenfalls komplett von Strato und auch von HostEurope weg.
Zu teuer.

also ich hab dsa Paket mit PHP +MYSQL ich geh davon aus das er es unterstützt...

Hallo nochmal,
Strato ist nicht der typische Typo3-Hoster.
Für Typo3 brauchst Du mehr als nur PHP und MySQL.
Ich hatte auf Hosteurope Typo3 installiert, leider war IM nicht aktiv.
Ich denke, Du sollstest dich nochmal genau informieren, es sei denn, Du hast einen eigenen Server-Account gemietet.

vergesst strato.

wer lust auf friemelei und glücksspiel hat, kann typo3 auf einem strato server zum laufen bringen.
wer geld hat, kann sich bei strato einen "dedicatet server" (rootserver) mieten, da sollte es kein problem sein...

...mit den, ich sag mal "standardwebhostingpaketen" von strato hat man keine freude, wenn man einfach nur eine homepage in typo3 machen will...

...meine erfahrung...
...die bereits in einem anderen thread von einigen, nicht wenigen geteilt wurde...
