Buttons abhängig vom Inhaltselement?

Hallo

Installation: TYPO 3.6.1, RTE mit Ext. "pre-configuration", im TSConfig meiner Root-Seite steht folgendes:

Die Buttons TEXTFARBE und BENUTZERELEMENTE werden mir trotzdem nicht angezeigt. Nur wenn ich als Inhaltselement ZWEISPALTIG (Extension) wähle, dann sind diese Buttons sichtbar. Wo liegt da wohl der Hund begraben?
