problem mit target

hi

ich habe eine frameseite mit 5 frames (http://www.lfv-bgld.at/lfv/index.php)

wie kann ich das frametarget umstellen dass sich immer nur der "content frame" änder (also der wo das menu drinnen ist) ??

weil bei mir wird bei den links immer das ganze frameset aufgerufen

die frames rund herum sind eh statische files nur der in der mitte nicht
