JSMENU funktioniert bei mir nicht?!?!

Hallo Leute ich versuche seit Stunden ein Stichwort-Rollup / Quicklaunchmenu zu bauen. Trotz Foren und Dokus komme ich nicht weiter.

Die mark wird nicht ersetzt (obwohl sie Richtg geschrieben ist - 100%).
