YAG / Doctype Fehler

Hallo

Ich habe YAG eingebunden und erhalten beim Validieren der Page folgende Meldung (jeweils an drei Stellen)

Line 107, Column 15: document type does not allow element "div" here; missing one of "object", "applet", "map", "iframe", "button", "ins", "del" start-tag
<div>No items in album</div>

In diesen Zeilen befindet sich der Code, die Zeile 107 ist die mit dem "No items in albums"

Woher kommt dieser Fehler?
