AW Stats : Plötzlicher Fehler beim Aktualisieren

    Hallo!

    Plötzlich und unerwartet und absolut drecks sinnfrei wie so sau oft bei Typo3 und/oder Extensions ein Fehler im AWStats. Rahmenbedingungen:

    Typo3 4.0.4
    AWStats 6.5 build 1.863
    Alle Verzeichnis- und sonstige Mod-Rechte gesetzt
    Konfigguration richtig
    PHP 4.4.9

    Folgendes zeigt er mir an wenn ich auf "Jetzt aktualisieren" klicke:

    Hat zufällig wer eine Idee an was sich diesmal dieser Kram stört? Mein Latein ist am Ende.

    Hi, habe leider keine Idee was den Fehler verursacht (PHP ??) aber damit würde ich erstmal zum Support deines Hosters gehen. Die sollten eigentlich helfen können.
    Ansonsten schon den AWStats cache gelöscht?

    hi romihue. danke für die antwort :)
    nein cache noch nicht gelöscht. dazu zwei fragen:

    a) sind dann alle daten weg?
    b) wie lösche ich den? :)

    woran erkennst du, dass es ein problem beim hoster sein könnte oder mit PHP? irgendwie aus den logs da oben? bin verzweifelt auf der suche nach dem fehler :(

    Ich habe nicht erkannt, das diese Problem von PHP ist, ich nehme es nur an und ich bin [b]kein[/b] PHP-Profi ;)

    Hab aber selbst einige Probleme bekommen nach einem PHP Update und daher....

    Bei Datenbank oder PHP Problemen würde ich mich erstmal an den Hoster wenden. Sind ja Profis, oder sollten es zumindest sein..... #paralyzed#

    Zu deinen Fragen:
    1. Ja zurückliegende Daten sind weg. Man kann aber das Log soweit ich weiß unter einem andrem Namen speichern bzw. ein Backup machen.
    2. Wenn du AWStats aufrufst hast du dein Log und etwas darunter
    AWSTats Casche löschen mit Häckchen. ;)

    Huhu!

    Hatte einige andere Sachen zu tun, daher kam ich jetzt erst wieder zu dem Mist.
    Habe nun einiges probiert, keine Besserung in Sicht...

    - Server ist so wie vorher
    - AW Stats habe ich aktualisiert
    - AW Stats deinstalliert und neu installiert
    - Logs aufgesplittet in zwei kleinere Dateien

    Nichts hilft. Aber die Fehlermeldung ist nun etwas anders bzw die Debug Information:

    Ich krieg es einfahc nicht zum Laufen. Ach ja noch eine Anmerkung: Wenn ich eine neue, leere Lod-Datei ablege, dann geht das Aktualisieren. Keine Ahnung was an dem alten falsch sein soll.

    Irgendwer eine Idee?
