# Installationsproblem Ext. heatmap_pro

Hallo!

Kennt jemand von Euch vielleicht die Extension "Heatmap pro"? Damit kann ganz einfach aufgezeichnet werden, wo auf einer Homepage hingeklickt wurde, um das Layout dann entsprechend zu optimieren.

Obwohl die Installation ganz einfach war und lt. Doku problemlos funktioniert hat, erscheint im BackEnd bei der Anzeige anstelle einer Heatmap die FM:
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4800 bytes) in .../typo3conf/ext/heatmap_pro/mod1/class.tx_heatmappro_map.php on line 314"

Der Problem tritt bei allen meinen Typo3-Installationen auf.
Gehostet werden diese auf einem Webspace bei Hetzner.

Ich würde mich freuen, hier Ideen von Euch zu hören!

fehlermeldung is ja e eindeutig! memory_limit ist zu gering

Gibt es da auch eine Lösung um das Memmory Limit nach unten bzw. nach oben zu schrauben? Oder muss da der Provider her?!
