# html forms processing

I have a form which has to send a message to one adress f.e. vanea@basa.md when I push the send button, in form are included 2 input type=text
1. name
2. phone

how to create this form in typo3 ?

I created this with HTML element, but how to send the email when I press the SEND button ?
