Meine bisherige Vorgehensweise: 1. Installation von Freetype1.3.1 2. Image Magick 4.2.9 3. Image Magick 5.4.7 4. gd-1.8.3gif (gif patch) 5. php 4.2.2 6. mysql3.23.51 7. apache1.3.26 1. Freetype wird Problemlos installiert. 2. Da sind die Header dateien drin damit jpeg,... und so erkannt wird. Falls das RPM erst später installiert wurde, bzw wie immer das auch unter Solaris funktioniert, dann lösch die datei config.cache aus dem gd ordner und lass das ./configure neu durchlaufen. wenn jetzt bei jpeg und so ein yes erscheint, dann hast du es fast geschafft.
