# Newloginbox Passwort vergessen / sr_feuser_register Wartezeit

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit meiner sr_feuser_registration und der
Newloginbox. Bei der Registrierung dauert es sehr lange nachdem
ich die Daten absende und auch wenn der Bestätigungslink angeklickt
wird muss der User sehr lange warten bis etwas passiert. Die Registrierung
dauert also einfach viel zu lange (generell ist die Seite schnell). Bei der
Newloginbox habe ich das Problem, dass wenn die Passwort vergessen Funktion
genutzt wird bekommen die registrierten Benutzer folgende Meldung per Mail (Login funktioniert):

"Hallo

Wir konnten keine mit dem angegeben Benutzernamen verknüpfte Email-Adresse finden.
Aus diesem Grund können wir Ihnen kein Passwort zusenden. Vielleicht haben Sie Ihre
Email-Adresse fehlerhaft eingegeben (Groß-/Kleinschreibung wird unterschieden!) oder
Sie haben sich eventuell noch gar nicht registriert.
"

Zu der Konfiguration:

Ich nutze Templavoila, in dem Haupttemplate wird auch als allgemeine Datensatzsammlung
der TV Ordner angegeben.

Genau dieses Problem habe ich auch, an was könnte es liegen?
