Hallo allerseits,

*No constants available
There are no editable constants available for the Constant Editor.*

Das muss ich mir von meinem Constant Editor unter 3.8.0 sagen lassen. Und das, obwohl ich 37 Zeilen wunderbarer Konstanten **habe**. Es handelt sich um ein identisches Setup zu einer anderen Typo3-Site, die perfekt läuft (hier lassen sich auch die Constants **im Editor** editieren). Alle Extensions sind die gleichen, etc. etc.
Das ist aber nur das eine Phänomen; das andere ist, dass sämtliche Seiteninhaltselemente **nicht** ausgegeben werden.

Wonach könnte / müsste ich denn mal kucken???
