# RTE zeigt keine Buttons etc.

Hallo zusammen,

bei einer TYPO3-Installation die von 3.7.x->4.0.0->4.5.0->4.5.2 geupdated ist, habe ich seit 4.5.0 keine Buttons mehr im RTE (als SYSEXT) sichtbar.

Folgende Debug-Ausgabe:

... gelöst!

Im PageConfig mussten die Buttons über showButtons= ...  explizit eingeblendet werden.

kannst du eventuell mal schreiben, was genau du in die Seiten-Konfiguration geschrieben hast?

Bei mir werden trotz Einstellung als DEMO-Version immernoch, nur eine minimale Anzeige von Buttons dargestellt.

Das Problem habe ich übrigens seit der Umstellung auf die Version Typo3 4.6.1 mit dem rtehtmlarea 2.2.1

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich da eine Lösung finden würde. Leider scheint dieses Problem sonst noch nicht aufzutreten!

... ich probiers mal aus dem Kopf. Habe die aktuelle Config nicht mehr zur Hand bzw. keinen Zugriff mehr auf das betreffende TYPO3-System:

Ich habe die Values für hideButtons und showButtons (siehe auch [/d/39948-htmlarea-rte-konfiguration-so-gehts](https://www.typo3.net/d/39948-htmlarea-rte-konfiguration-so-gehts)) entsprechend angepasst. Auf der von mir betreuten Seite war dass innerhalb der Page-Config gesetzt (also nicht im Template!)

Hoffe Dir geholfen zu haben. Sonst einfach nochmal melden.
