# Typo3 4.5. & SwiftMailer = FatalError

Hallo Forum,

ich habe gestern ein Update von 4.4.6 auf 4.5 gemacht. Plötzlich erscheint bei einem Formular folgende Fehlermeldung:

```php
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/typo3_src/typo3_src-4.5.0/typo3/contrib/swiftmailer/classes/Swift/CharacterStream/NgCharacterStream.php on line 256
```

An meinem Code habe ich nichts verändert. Auch ein Erhöhen der max. execution time auf 300 Sekunden half nicht.
Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem? Leider bin ich bei google & Co. nicht fündig geworden.

```php
$this->htmlMail = t3lib_div::makeInstance('t3lib_htmlmail');
        $this->htmlMail->start();
        $this->htmlMail->recipient      = $this->recipient;
        $this->htmlMail->replyto_email  = $this->replyto_email;
        $this->htmlMail->replyto_name   = $this->replyto_name;
        $this->htmlMail->subject        = $this->subject;
        $this->htmlMail->from_email     = $this->from_email;
        $this->htmlMail->from_name      = $this->from_name;
        $this->htmlMail->returnPath     = $this->returnPath;
        $this->htmlMail->addPlain($data['plain']);
        $this->htmlMail->setHTML($this->htmlMail->encodeMsg($data['html']));
```

Ist es vielleicht die gleiche Ursache wie **[hier](https://www.typo3.net/d/103507-mm-forum-nach-update-fehler-bei-private-nachricht)**?

Danke! Das hat funktioniert.

Ich werde dann so nach und nach die Formulare wohl umbauen...
