I've built my form using powermail, it works great.
Now i need to insert a select field with options depending on a given parameter (url).
In example, by default the filed should display options 1,2,and 3, but if an url parameter (lets say 'max' is to 2), the field should only display otpions 1 and 2.
As far as i can found in the forums (I cannot find a real tutorial), I would need to use typoscript in order to get the expected result.
Can you confirm this is the right way and if yes where can i find the basic info (syntax, element) in order to get my field working?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards,
bm

Hi.

You are right. You should you TS for prefilling selectboxes based on url paramters.

At the moment there's still no tutorial nor any documentation for prefilling selectboxes :o Perhaps the feature-request and patch/diff would help you a little bit: <http://forge.typo3.org/issues/show/3709>

For using min/max I have no idea at the moment. Perhaps you could built some TS based on the stdWrap of selectedIndexes or selectedValues

Regards
Julian
